Sermons on The Rapture
PT 3: EXPECTED
“waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ:” (1 Cor 1:7).
In order to deny the pre-tribulational rapture of the Church there are several areas of the Bible that must first be rejected; The evident Biblical Distinction between the Church and IsraelThe clear historical gap concerning the biblical prophecies of Messiah and Gods judgment which were not evident in the Old Testament but revealed in the New.
The imminent return of the Lord Jesus Christ for his Church. Each one of the above doctrines must be denied by each and every pastor who rejects the Pre-Tribulational Rapture of the Church.
Therefore we begin with one question; When is the return of Jesus EXPECTED?
Knowing The Lord is At Hand
The Mind That Knows The Lord is At Hand There are many characteristics that seem to go hand in hand with the bible’s frequent employment of the imminent return of Jesus, that time when he will come again to receive us to himself, that, where he is there shall we be also. One of the most evident descriptions in the bible respecting this event, is related to the state of the mind of those that know the Lord is at hand. The…
The Day of Christ Vs The Day of The Lord
Far too many Pastors and Theologians spend far too much of their time analysing arguments and passing on the contributions of others rather than studying the scriptures for themselves to both reconcile and understand the scriptures. When it comes to matter concerning Eschatology, this is multiplied fourfold. Our study today gives consideration to The Day of Christ Vs The Day of the Lord, is there are difference or are they the same event? What are the distinctions between the two…
IMMINENT: Where I Am There Ye May Be
“Where I am there ye may be” are the words Jesus employed to comfort his disciples to await his return for them at any moment, even Imminently.
Left Behind Pt 1
What will you do, having known of the truth of God and the Rapture of the church prior to his coming in wrath, and you have been Left Behind?
The Mystery
The Church is a mystery in the Old Testament, Paul revealed the truth of the plan of God in his own writings, but as far as the Old Testament is concerned its silence on the Church is deafening.
The coming of Christ is immediately followed by the Day of The Lord, but the rejection of the Messiah has given an opportunity to the world that has lasted the better part of two thousand years.
My Love
My Love Pr Edi Giudetti 19thMay, 2019 The message I have for you this morning was not part of my original intention. I came under conviction and being led of the Lord to preach to you of the love of Christ for you, his bride, the Church. It came to me as I was reading Grace Abounding to The Chief of Sinners by John Bunyan this week. The outline of the sermon this morning follows that of Holy Mr Gifford…
The Rapture Of The Church
The Rapture The Rapture of the Church is one of the most anticipated events ever looked for in Christianity. It is the next event sought for on the Christian calendar. Nothing needs to precede it but much needless confusion has surrounded it. M’aider Firstly, it is worth noting that then word Mayday has nothing to do with the spring festival held in the other hemisphere on the 1stof May, even though I have committed to doing a series on Prophecy…
Living In The Until
The Blessed Hope, An Introduction. Not often considered by many today, but it is the strange hope of all Christians. The hope that Jesus will come, with the shout of the trumpet, and the dead in Christ shall rise, and we will meet them together in the clouds and forever be with the Lord. No doubt the world would laugh at such a thought, and so would we if the Bible did not teach it so plainly. This is one…
