Whosoever Believeth

The gospel is the greatest equal opportunity in the world, it is for “whosoever believeth”. The way to salvation is simple, not complicated. It is the greatest Equal Opportunity in the world, it is for “Whosoever Believeth”.

The Stumblingstone

The Stumblingstone The stumblingstone in the passage of Romans 9:30-33 is the true Gospel through which many stumble over. Israel “stumbled at that stumblingstone” says Paul in the passage in Romans, because they sought their hope through the following the righteousness of the Law and not the righteousness that is in Christ, they sought it not by faith. There is no possibility of attaining heave through our own effort, Peter refered to it as a “yoke” in Acts 15, a…

I Will Call Them My People Which Were Not My People

“I Will Call Them My People Which Were Not My People” Romans 9:25, Paul the apostle quoting the book of Isaiah referring to the Israelites, the disobedient and gainsaying people, but also an allusion to you and I. Unlike Israel, gentiles could never make the claim that we were ever Gods people. If we were brought not nigh by the blood of Christ, we too should have been ‘like unto Sodoma and made like unto Gomorrah’. But we were brought nigh, we were not the people of God, but faith in Christ turned us about. So too will it be for Israel, a remnant indeed shall be saved.

The Riches Of His Glory

Perhaps it may seem unusual for the Bible to describe the manifestation of the riches of the Glory of God as that represented in his sovereignty as it does so wonderfully in Romans 9:14-24, yet that is exactly how Paul ascribes the manner in which The Lords Glory is known.

Child Of The Promise

God had made a unilateral promise to Israel for the land they are in today. His promise was made evident in his word and through this incredible people, his promise is sure and we have all the evidence we need to know he keeps his promises. Israel are the ‘Children of the promise’, each person who has believed on the Lord Jesus Christ is a ‘Child of the promise’, his promises to us are also sure.

Great Heaviness For The Lost

Paul speaks to his deep and great heaviness and continual sorrow for his brethren, the nation of Israel. He goes further than perhaps any other person respecting his desire for them, willing even to be “accursed from Christ” for his brethren. It is in this that we might wonder about our own burden for the lost. Do we sorrow for the state of family members? Are we concerned about the eternal reality of hell and that which will claim their end? Paul was willing to be damned for their sake, what are we willing to endure?

It Is Finished, Nothing Shall Sperarate Us

It Is finished Pr Edi Giudetti 13-09-2019 When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost. (John 19:30) Romans 8: 28-39 Benevolent Purpose Confirmed Rom 8:28-30 28And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. 29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among…

All Things Work Together For Good

“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God” Certainly one of the most encouraging passages in all of scripture “to them that love God”. Near impossible to speak of any limitation to this encouragement, that there is purpose in all we endure, good purpose “to them that Love God”.

Waiting For The Adoption

It might surprise many that even creation itself has been affected by the fall of mankind and is awaiting the redemption of that purchased possession. We ourselves groan within ourselves, longing for the redemption of this body, so too creation.

Heirs Of God

Heirs OF God, the portion of Romans chapter eight is one that gives the greatest anticipation for the Glory of Heaven and everlasting life. How those who have trusted in Christ are adopted Children of the living infinite God of Heaven and how we share in the inheritance of Christ. Incredible. Why wait before you turn to the Lord? To what end is this temporary life and all its endeavours, when you can live with divine purpose and a calling that is absolute and an inheritance that can never fade away? Why would you go from the darkness of this temporary world and then into the darkness of eternal damnation, WHEN HOPE IS LAID BEFORE YOU? To what end is madness such as that? Only Jesus Christ offers the reward of everlasting life, ONLY HE has ever said and promised, “I give unto them eternal life and they shall never perish” (John 10:28a)
