Knowing nothing but Christ is the claim of Paul, and little wonder when he is singularly the greatest hope and joy in the life of all people. What else can compare to Jesus? How does one have the words when all our trials are solved in him? How often I have wondered how it is that people can endure life without him, certain it is that they shall never endure eternal life without him! What is certain for those who have trusted in Christ, is that he is our all in all, nothing else is of value and nothing more needs to be known.
