The Imprecatory Psalms
 Imprecatory Psalms are the Psalms of the Bible that call upon the Lord for judgment upon the wicked. This type of petition is not unique to the Psalms, they are found in both the Old and New testaments, but their typology is distinctly observed in the Psalms.
There is both purpose and revelation for their employment in the Bible and they are no less inspired than the rest of scripture.
