Sermons on HOPE (Page 2)
Come Unto Me
The greatest joy of all is having the rest and comfort of Christ during times of fear and concern.
“Come unto me all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest” says the Lord.
Here we have a Place of Rest, an appointed people suited to the rest offered, and exchange of burden and a rest for the soul.
What a blessing the Bible is, and what hope we have.
Go In Peace
Go In Peace Pr Edi Giudetti 15-12-2019 Many might be the days of our week that can be filled with fear and distress, discomfort of diverse kinds. Questions that might arise from deep within us that we don’t even understand. They affect us in ways that we don’t like and we long for comfort. Hinderance To Heaven Removed
Hindrance To Heaven Removed What Hinders You? Acts 8:26-40 Pr Edi Giudetti 23/04/2017 Introduction To set the scene of this incredible event we need to consider the context. THE PASSAGE IN Chapter 8 is BETWEEN CHAPTERS 7 AND 9. It is AFTER CHRIST HAD died on the Cross and RISEN. The first Christian martyr by the name of Stephen had just been killed. God made an opportunity for all people to be perfectly forgiven for their sin and wonderfully have their hope secured for everlasting life. This is why those who now…

That Ye May Know
That Ye May Know Phillip McKenzie 08-04-2018 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever…
Forgotten Hope
Forgotten Hope Pr Edi Giudetti 20-08-2017 Forgotten hope There are times when you are surrounded by things that make you feel as if hope is lost. Jeremiah seemed to have felt this way when Jerusalem was forsaken of king and people, taken into captivity. There was a forgotten hope until he recalled it to mind saying; 21 This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope. 22 It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his…
