The Seven Churches: THYATIRA
Thyatira, The Corrupt Church. WHAT IS YOUR PRICE? It is no surprise that both Geographically, Historically and Philosophically we move from the Compromising Church of PERGAMOS, to the Corrupt Church of Thyatira. How much of our faith in Christ needs to be COMPROMISED before it is corrupted?
What PRICE are we willing to accept to CORRUPT ourselves?
Is it even monetary?
Perhaps it is only to keep our jobs.
Perhaps it is only to be accepted by our peers.
WHAT IS YOUR PRICE?
The Seven Churches: PERGAMOS
PERGAMOS: The Compromising Church in history. The Compromising Church Period of history. The Compromising Church TYPE of history. The Compromising Christian in History.
The Seven Churches: Smyrna
The persecuted Church of Smyrna. Both an historical Church, but also a representative Church of a period in history when Christianity was persecuted, and also representative of persecuted Christians around the world.
An incredible passage of the Bible that tells us of the historical second phase of the development of Christianity until we come to this day.
The Seven Churches: Ephesus
The first Church Jesus addresses is the historical church of Ephesus. A church, strong in doctrine, but a church that had left its first love
Perilous Times Pt 4: Be Careful For Nothing
“Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice. Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand. Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.”
(Php 4:4–6)
Perilous Times Pt 1
What does the Church look like in the Last Days?
As we see so much catapulting the world into the clearest picture in history of a time the Bible has long spoken of, with such a convergence of events occurring around the world demonstrating we are living in The Time of The Signs, what does the Bible say about what the CHURCH will look like before the second coming of Christ?
Saved From Hell
What does the Bible teach about Hell?
When the jailor asked, “What must I do to be saved?” in Acts 16, an assumption is understood even from those ‘non-religious’ pagans of the world that a life judgement awaits them at death.
Today however, most would ask “Saved from What?”
“Saved from hell” is the answer in the Scriptures. While the concept of hell is ignored by most, the reality of hell will certainly overtake many.
What Is Repentance?
What is Repentance? What is the “repentance” that requisites salvation? Does it come before or together with believing? What are we repenting of?
What Must I Do To Be Saved?
Acts 16:27–31
And the keeper of the prison awaking out of his sleep, and seeing the prison doors open, he drew out his sword, and would have killed himself, supposing that the prisoners had been fled. 28 But Paul cried with a loud voice, saying, Do thyself no harm: for we are all here. 29 Then he called for a light, and sprang in, and came trembling, and fell down before Paul and Silas, 30 And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? 31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.
EMPTY: The Resurrection
The most historical event ever recorded and testified to. Should the manner in which men deny the resurrection of Christ be applied to ANY other historical event not captured on film, no history could be confirmed as true.
