Toward Revelation 13
This is a new series of posts that are to be added to our blog, a series that seeks to show all the events forming in the world today are moving us rapidly toward one single chapter in the Bible.
It is a culmination point of present history that shall have its end at the mid point of what is known Biblically as The Great Tribulation, a seven year period of God pouring out his judgement upon the world and where AntiChrist shall rule in a single, global world government.
Much could be said of this time frame which the Bible presents, but the ultimate end is that goal which Satan has himself long desired, and that is to “be like the most high” (Isaiah 14:13-14).
The goal for the devil is that which precipitated his fall at the first, to be like God. it was a fall which began with pride rising in his heart when he was known as the Cherub angel Lucifer. Isaiah 14 is the only place in the Bible that presents his name prior to his fall, a name which every modern version of the Bible in English has seen fit not only to remove, but also to subtly replace with the title for which Jesus Christ alone is known, “The morning Star” (Rev 22:16).
Through this diabolical transmutation of that text in Isaiah, modern scholars, through modern ‘versions’, have unwittingly deceived themselves to move Lucifer (now Satan) toward his end goal, to “be like the most high“, by confusing the world that he is Christ, he will be the AntiChrist. This is the original ‘Replacement Theology’.
A Summary of Revelation 13
Revelation 13 presents a time of ultimate control, first through a global government that will rule over a world divided into TEN REGIONS with ten rulers or kings. Out of which will rise a single ruler who shall be given complete ultimate control over the world. He is known by that passage as “the beast” which Satan, referred to as “the dragon” gives all power and authority (Rev 13:2).
The world will worship him as God (Rev 13:4 & 2 Thess 2:4). His rule will be absolute (Rev 13:7), but will last only 42 months, or 3.5 years (Rev 13:5).
He will show great lying signs and wonders (2 Thess 2:9) and will deceive the entire world through those seeming miracles, and will cause to be built a great image, one that was incredibly planned to be built not very long ago but for another purpose (see The Giant proposed in 2021). This time however he will have command over the world to worship that image at pain of death (Rev 13:14-15).
Until he finally forces all the people of the world to accept his mark “in their right hand or in their foreheads” (Rev 13:16). This mark is global in its scope, it is economic in its work and it is absolute control in its purpose, “that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name” (Rev 13:17). We have long recognised that control is in the mark itself, currency must therefore be digital (IE. cashless), identification must therefore be digital, and the world must be of a single currency unit.
It is historically referred to as “The Mark Of The Beast”, and it will have complete and total control over all of mankind who accept it. It is identified within the Scripture with a numerical identifier, simply stated as “Six hundred threescore and six” (Rev 13:18), or 666, nothing more and nothing less.
All who accept this mark, though they may survive the next 42 months, will be damned to hell for all eternity. Those who will not take the mark of the beast may be condemned to a physical death, but will gain eternal life (Rev 20:4).
The Bible speaks exactly what will occur in that time, the warnings against people taking that mark will be cried to the people of the world by an angel;
9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receivehis mark in his forehead, or in his hand, 10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: 11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
Some will clearly survive that time, a remnant shall be saved and they will enter into what the Bible refers to as the 1,000 reign of Christ, a golden age of history where Jesus Christ will physically rule and reign a glorious kingdom in which all the Old Testament prophecies will be fulfilled.
DIRECTIONAL ARROW OF WORLD EVENTS
All that we see occurring in the world today, from the building of enormous Data Centres through which Artificial Intelligence technology will search and provide ALL the information necessary to control the people of the world in that time, to the growing global hatred of Israel, to the rise of divisions with the nations of the world, the impoverishment of the civilisations of the world, the moral debasement of societies in the world and the deliberate distraction and dumbing down of the people of the world, is a part of that END GOAL that is Revelation 13.
Jesus made clear of the signs that will precede his return, from an increase in natural disasters, to wars and rumours of wars, to hatred within families themselves, to deception on a scale never witnessed in history (Matt 24), and to a Church body in complete apostasy, looking just like the world (2 Tim 3).
HOW TO AVOID THE MARK OF THE BEAST?
Believe the gospel today!
Though that time is rapidly coming and seemingly not too far away, you and I have no guarantee of another breath let alone 42 months to endure the judgment that will come on this world.
The return of Jesus Christ to receive his Church to himself is imminent, and so too is your death. The ONLY way to avoid that time is to not be here when it comes. Jesus promised to return and to catch away his bride before that great and notable day of the Lord comes (John 14:1-3, 1 Thess 4:16-17, Isaiah 26:20-21, Rev 3:10).
The Bible makes it plain, “the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord” (Rom 6:23).
He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.

All that is happening in the world today is a living testimony to the truth of the Bible.
All is moving the world Toward Revelation 13. If you are reading that incredible book, and you are willing to have your eyes opened by first believing the Gospel and then trusting God at his word, you will not only avoid that time to come, but may help others avoid it.
Your family, your wife, husband, children, cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents, school friends, work colleges, shop attendants, sporting coaches, delivery drivers….all people of the world are the people you might help IF YOU WILL AVOID IT YOURSELF FIRST!
That day will come, it is not a question of “IF”. Believe the gospel NOW, tomorrow is not a promise.
