The number 8, just like many numbers in the Bible, has a significance in the scriptures related directly to New Beginnings.
This Sunday we celebrate our 8th year since the Pastor and His wife, together with another 15 founding Charter Members, planted Hope Baptist Church in Sunbury.
Though this year has been quite an eventful year, overall the Church has been blessed to be a part of many peoples lives since 2016, and we greatly look forward to all that the Lord will do for the years to come.
8, signifies “New Beginnings”, and it will be interesting to see how the gospel will play its role Front and Center for this Church, as we desire to truly move to become a missionary Church, preaching the sharing the hope of Jesus Christ to all.
